Communicate with buyers – EVERY DAY!
- Communicate with your buyers and give them constant feedback.
- Send them a mail after purchase, thank them and let them know what your or their next step will be or should be.
- Send them another mail once you shipped, thank them again for their support and let them have the tracking number.
- If you have a rating system enabled rate them, and also thank them for their ratings if applicable.
